Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Abstract with Rectangles by Peter Haigh was auctioned at Christies in London in June 2002. The price achieved of GBP 293.75 (€ 454.36) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 250.00 – 350.00. Admittedly, works by Peter Haigh have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work 13-'89-April in March this year with an auction result of GBP 2,550.00 (€ 2,901.12).
