In February 2012 Christies in London held the auction Christie's Interiors, which included the work August Afternoon, Norfolk by Peter Greenham. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 1,375.00 (€ 1,641.79), 72% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Peter Greenham - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Art School, which sold at auction in October 2004 for GBP 3,107.00 (€ 4,471.83).

Im Februar 2012 führte Christies in London die Auktion Christie's Interiors durch, in der auch die Arbeit August Afternoon, Norfolk von Peter Greenham zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 1.375,00 (€ 1.641,79) und damit 72% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Peter Greenham mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The Art School beobachtet, die im Oktober 2004 für GBP 3.107,00 (€ 4.471,83) versteigert wurde.
