It achieved a price of GBP 2,375.00 (€ 2,687.30), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 58%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Peter Greenham; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot The Art School sold at auction in October 2004 with the realized price of GBP 3,107.00 (€ 4,471.83).
