Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Bunching On The Bend by Peter Curling was auctioned at Bonhams in March this year. It achieved a price of GBP 2,422.50 (€ 2,756.06), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 21%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Peter Curling achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Scarteen Point-To-Point, Kilfeacle in May 2006 with an auction result of GBP 66,000.00 (€ 96,338.50).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Bunching On The Bend von Peter Curling kam im März diesen Jahres bei Bonhams zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 2.422,50 (€ 2.756,06) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 21%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Peter Curling erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Scarteen Point-To-Point, Kilfeacle im Mai 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 66.000,00 (€ 96.338,50).
