Artwork auctioned at six times the upper estimate price
The work Landscape by Peng Chunshi was worth HKD 92,000.00 (€ 10,632.50) to a buyer in April 2015. This price was achieved in the auction Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas at China Guardian in Hong Kong and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 15,000.00 many times over. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Peng Chunshi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Fourteen Pine Trees, which sold at auction in March 2019 for HKD 330,400.00 (€ 37,489.28).

Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas bei China Guardian in Hong Kong erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 15.000,00 um ein Vielfaches.
