Auction result well in line with expectations
In July 2020 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Chinese Paintings, which included the work Mountain & Stream In Szechuan by Peng Chunshi. The price achieved of HKD 300,000.00 (€ 32,869.03) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 250,000.00 – 350,000.00. Other works by Peng Chunshi have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in March 2019 the work Fourteen Pine Trees was auctioned for HKD 330,400.00 (€ 37,489.28).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juli 2020 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Mountain & Stream In Szechuan von Peng Chunshi zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 300.000,00 (€ 32.869,03) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 250.000,00 – 350.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Peng Chunshi konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im März 2019 die Arbeit Fourteen Pine Trees für HKD 330.400,00 (€ 37.489,28) versteigert.
