Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Pelle Swedlund could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in June this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Important Spring Sale auction, the work Ship at dusk changed hands for SEK 26,000.00 (€ 2,207.14) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 30,000.00 – 40,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Pelle Swedlund - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Coastline, Visby, which sold at auction in July last year for GBP 5,040.00 (€ 6,018.66).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Pelle Swedlund konnte im Juni diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Important Spring Sale wechselte die Arbeit Ship at dusk für SEK 26.000,00 (€ 2.207,14) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 30.000,00 – 40.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Pelle Swedlund mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Coastline, Visby beobachtet, die im Juli letzten Jahres für GBP 5.040,00 (€ 6.018,66) versteigert wurde.
