Auction result misses estimated price range
In June 2011 a collector was able to acquire the work The Cabbage Field by Pavel Varfolomeevich Kuznetsov for GBP 37,250.00 (€ 41,210.20). This price was achieved in the auction Russian Paintings Day Sale at Sothebys in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 40,000.00 – 60,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Pavel Varfolomeevich Kuznetsov have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Still Life With Carafe in November 2007 with an auction result of GBP 288,500.00 (€ 403,974.64).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni 2011 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit The Cabbage Field von Pavel Varfolomeevich Kuznetsov für GBP 37.250,00 (€ 41.210,20) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Russian Paintings Day Sale bei Sothebys in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 40.000,00 – 60.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Pavel Varfolomeevich Kuznetsov auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Still Life With Carafe im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 288.500,00 (€ 403.974,64).
