Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In December 2000 Christies in London held the auction OLD MASTER DRAWINGS - CSK, which included the work The head of a man with a moustache by Pauline Auzou. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 1,527.50 (€ 2,433.29). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pauline Auzou achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait Of A Seated Boy, Supporting His Right Elbow in June 2020 with an auction result of GBP 27,500.00 (€ 30,286.48).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Dezember 2000 führte Christies in London die Auktion OLD MASTER DRAWINGS - CSK durch, in der auch die Arbeit The head of a man with a moustache von Pauline Auzou zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 1.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 1.527,50 (€ 2.433,29) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pauline Auzou erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Portrait Of A Seated Boy, Supporting His Right Elbow im Juni 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 27.500,00 (€ 30.286,48).
