This artwork by Paul Rink achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Amsterdam in September 2006. In the Pictures, Watercolours and Drawings auction, the work Children enjoying springtime sold for EUR 9,600.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 5,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Paul Rink - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A Little Cowherdess In A Meadow Near Zalk, which sold at auction in October 2006 for EUR 38,400.00.

In der Auktion Pictures, Watercolours and Drawings wurde die Arbeit Children enjoying springtime für EUR 9.600,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 5.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Paul Rink mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit A Little Cowherdess In A Meadow Near Zalk beobachtet, die im Oktober 2006 für EUR 38.400,00 versteigert wurde.
