This artwork by Paul Mount achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in April 2014. In the Made In Britain auction, the work My Father'S House And Many Mansions sold for GBP 21,250.00 (€ 25,866.17) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 12,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Paul Mount - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Rhapsody, which sold at auction in November 2013 for GBP 64,900.00 (€ 78,098.46).

In der Auktion Made In Britain wurde die Arbeit My Father'S House And Many Mansions für GBP 21.250,00 (€ 25.866,17) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 12.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Paul Mount mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Rhapsody beobachtet, die im November 2013 für GBP 64.900,00 (€ 78.098,46) versteigert wurde.
