Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Paul Mount was auctioned at Christies in London in March 2018. The price achieved of GBP 9,375.00 (€ 10,673.95) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Paul Mount have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Rhapsody in November 2013 with an auction result of GBP 64,900.00 (€ 78,098.46).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Paul Mount kam im März 2018 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 9.375,00 (€ 10.673,95) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Paul Mount auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Rhapsody im November 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 64.900,00 (€ 78.098,46).
