In February 2013 Christies in New York held the auction American Art, which included the work Still Life With Red And White Currants by Paul Lacroix. The »bidding war« ended at USD 15,000.00 (€ 11,468.77), 50% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Paul Lacroix; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Still Life with Peaches sold at auction in January 2024 with the realized price of USD 13,860.00 (€ 12,113.27).

Im Februar 2013 führte Christies in New York die Auktion American Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Still Life With Red And White Currants von Paul Lacroix zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 15.000,00 (€ 11.468,77) und damit 50% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Paul Lacroix; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Still Life with Peaches im Januar 2024 mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 13.860,00 (€ 12.113,27).
