Auction result misses estimated price range
In June 2013 a collector was able to acquire the work Village In Britanny by Paul Kotlarevsky for GBP 37,500.00 (€ 43,769.22). This price was achieved in the auction Russian Paintings at Sothebys in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 40,000.00 – 60,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Paul Kotlarevsky have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Harvest in November 2007 with an auction result of GBP 234,500.00 (€ 328,360.67).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni 2013 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Village In Britanny von Paul Kotlarevsky für GBP 37.500,00 (€ 43.769,22) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Russian Paintings bei Sothebys in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 40.000,00 – 60.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Paul Kotlarevsky auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Harvest im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 234.500,00 (€ 328.360,67).
