Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Three Portraits (including 'Le Visage Encadré, Madame Helleu') by Paul César Helleu was sold in the Prints & Multiples auction at Sothebys in London in September 2021. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 2,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 2,016.00 (€ 2,345.64). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Paul César Helleu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait De Madame Helleu À L'Ombrelle in June 2014 with an auction result of EUR 793,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Three Portraits (including 'Le Visage Encadré, Madame Helleu') von Paul César Helleu wurde im September 2021 in der Auktion Prints & Multiples bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 2.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 2.016,00 (€ 2.345,64) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Paul César Helleu erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Portrait De Madame Helleu À L'Ombrelle im Juni 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 793.500,00.
