In November 2017 Sothebys in Dubai held the auction Boundless: Dubai, which included the work British paul And Talitha Getty, Marrakech by Patrick Lichfield. The »bidding war« ended at USD 9,375.00 (€ 7,879.48), 56% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Patrick Lichfield; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Mick & Bianca Jagger After Their Wedding, Saint Tropez, France, 1971 sold at auction in March 2016 with the realized price of GBP 6,875.00 (€ 8,680.37).

Im November 2017 führte Sothebys in Dubai die Auktion Boundless: Dubai durch, in der auch die Arbeit British paul And Talitha Getty, Marrakech von Patrick Lichfield zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 9.375,00 (€ 7.879,48) und damit 56% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Patrick Lichfield; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Mick & Bianca Jagger After Their Wedding, Saint Tropez, France, 1971 im März 2016 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 6.875,00 (€ 8.680,37).
