Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Linda, New York, 1990 by Patrick Demarchelier was auctioned at Christies in London in May 2018. It changed hands for a price of GBP 8,750.00 (€ 9,963.90) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 7,000.00 – 9,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Patrick Demarchelier achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Christy Turlington, New York, 1990 in November this year with an auction result of EUR 138,600.00.

Die Arbeit Linda, New York, 1990 von Patrick Demarchelier kam im Mai 2018 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 8.750,00 (€ 9.963,90) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 7.000,00 – 9.000,00.
