The work Vue de Sifnos by Panayiotis Tetsis was sold in the The Greek Sale auction at Bonhams in Paris in November this year. It achieved a price of EUR 10,240.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 28 %. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Panayiotis Tetsis achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Greek Thalatta in April 2008 with an auction result of GBP 144,500.00 (€ 184,217.08).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 28 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Vue de Sifnos von Panayiotis Tetsis wurde im November diesen Jahres in der Auktion The Greek Sale bei Bonhams in Paris versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 10.240,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 28 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Panayiotis Tetsis erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Greek Thalatta im April 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 144.500,00 (€ 184.217,08).
