Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Pichet avec fleur et pinceaux by Panayiotis Tetsis was auctioned at Bonhams in Paris in November 2021. The price achieved of EUR 10,837.50 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Panayiotis Tetsis achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Greek Thalatta in April 2008 with an auction result of GBP 144,500.00 (€ 184,217.08).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 10.837,50 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Panayiotis Tetsis erzielen.
