Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Receding Hairline No.4 by Pan Dehai was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2015. The price achieved of HKD 81,250.00 (€ 9,390.12) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 70,000.00 – 90,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pan Dehai achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Pimples Series - Tiananmen in October 2007 with an auction result of HKD 2,527,500.00 (€ 225,357.69).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Receding Hairline No.4 von Pan Dehai kam im April 2015 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 81.250,00 (€ 9.390,12) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 70.000,00 – 90.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pan Dehai erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Pimples Series - Tiananmen im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.527.500,00 (€ 225.357,69).
