The work Mountain; Kuming (2 Works) by Pan Dehai was sold in the Contemporary Asian Art auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2011. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 150,000.00 (€ 13,035.56), 25% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pan Dehai achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Pimples Series - Tiananmen in October 2007 with an auction result of HKD 2,527,500.00 (€ 225,357.69).

Die Arbeit Mountain; Kuming (2 Works) von Pan Dehai wurde im April 2011 in der Auktion Contemporary Asian Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 150.000,00 (€ 13.035,56) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pan Dehai erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Pimples Series - Tiananmen im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.527.500,00 (€ 225.357,69).
