This work without title by Pakhal Tirumal Reddy was sold in the Modern & Contemporary South Asian Art auction at Sothebys in New York in March 2021. It achieved a price of USD 13,860.00 (€ 11,802.78), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 54%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Pakhal Tirumal Reddy - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Concept Of Sun, which sold at auction in March 2020 for USD 27,500.00 (€ 24,934.26).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Pakhal Tirumal Reddy wurde im März 2021 in der Auktion Modern & Contemporary South Asian Art bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 13.860,00 (€ 11.802,78) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 54%. Für andere Arbeiten von Pakhal Tirumal Reddy mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Concept Of Sun beobachtet, die im März 2020 für USD 27.500,00 (€ 24.934,26) versteigert wurde.
