The work Evening scenery with a lake by P. C. Skovgaard was auctioned at Bruun Rasmussen in August this year. The auction ended at the price of DKK 10,000.00 (€ 1,341.45), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of DKK 8,000.00 – 10,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by P. C. Skovgaard achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Forest scenery with a woman standing between the trees in January 2024 with an auction result of DKK 42,000.00 (€ 36,706.87).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Evening scenery with a lake von P. C. Skovgaard kam im August diesen Jahres bei Bruun Rasmussen zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von DKK 10.000,00 (€ 1.341,45) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 8.000,00 – 10.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von P. C. Skovgaard erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Forest scenery with a woman standing between the trees im Januar 2024 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 42.000,00 (€ 36.706,87).
