The work Dänische Sommerlandschaft. by P. C. Skovgaard was auctioned at Grisebach in May 2018. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 6,250.00. Admittedly, works by P. C. Skovgaard have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Forest scenery with a woman standing between the trees in January 2024 with an auction result of DKK 42,000.00 (€ 36,706.87).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Dänische Sommerlandschaft. von P. C. Skovgaard kam im Mai 2018 bei Grisebach zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 6.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 6.250,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von P. C. Skovgaard auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Forest scenery with a woman standing between the trees im Januar 2024 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 42.000,00 (€ 36.706,87).
