Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Calanques Près De Marseille by Otto Morach was sold in the Swiss Made UNLOCKED auction at Sothebys in Zurich in June 2020. The price achieved of CHF 15,000.00 (€ 14,107.83) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as CHF 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Admittedly, works by Otto Morach have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Marienkirche in Danzig. 1922. in December 2015 with an auction result of CHF 132,500.00 (€ 121,811.17).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Calanques Près De Marseille von Otto Morach wurde im Juni 2020 in der Auktion Swiss Made UNLOCKED bei Sothebys in Zürich versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von CHF 15.000,00 (€ 14.107,83) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit CHF 12.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Otto Morach auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Marienkirche in Danzig. 1922. im Dezember 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CHF 132.500,00 (€ 121.811,17).
