In February 2018 Sothebys in New York held the auction Master Paintings Evening Sale, which included the work Still Life On A Plain Wooden Table: A Large Wan-Li Porcelain Dish Of Fruit, A Pewter Dish Of Fruit, Medlars And Nuts, A Moth, Two Venetian-Style Glasses Of Wine, One White And The Other Red, A Knife With An Ornamental Handle, White Grapes, A Roll Of Bread by Osias Beert the Elder. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 200,000.00 – 300,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 225,000.00 (€ 184,260.09) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Im Februar 2018 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Master Paintings Evening Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Still Life On A Plain Wooden Table: A Large Wan-Li Porcelain Dish Of Fruit, A Pewter Dish Of Fruit, Medlars And Nuts, A Moth, Two Venetian-Style Glasses Of Wine, One White And The Other Red, A Knife With An Ornamental Handle, White Grapes, A Roll Of Bread von Osias Beert the Elder zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 200.000,00 – 300.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 225.000,00 (€ 184.260,09) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
