The work Astro Boy and the Phoenix by Osamu Tezuka was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2019. It achieved a price of HKD 500,000.00 (€ 57,990.74), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. Other works by Osamu Tezuka have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 687,500.00 (€ 79,737.27) in November 2019 for the work All Stars.

Die Arbeit Astro Boy and the Phoenix von Osamu Tezuka kam im November 2019 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 500.000,00 (€ 57.990,74) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%. Andere Arbeiten von Osamu Tezuka haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 687.500,00 (€ 79.737,27) im November 2019 für die Arbeit All Stars beobachtet.
