In September 2021 Bonhams in London held the auction Blazing a TrailModern British Women, which included the work Cats in the Garden by Orovida Camille Pissarro. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 5,100.00 (€ 5,933.92), 70% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Orovida Camille Pissarro - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Dinka With A Bongo, which sold at auction in July 2007 for GBP 9,000.00 (€ 13,367.08).

Im September 2021 führte Bonhams in London die Auktion Blazing a TrailModern British Women durch, in der auch die Arbeit Cats in the Garden von Orovida Camille Pissarro zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 5.100,00 (€ 5.933,92) und damit 70% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Orovida Camille Pissarro mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Dinka With A Bongo beobachtet, die im Juli 2007 für GBP 9.000,00 (€ 13.367,08) versteigert wurde.
