Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In April 2003 Christies in London held the auction At Home - British and Continental Pictures & Works on Paper, which included the work A young woman on the road by Onorato Carlandi. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 700.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 763.75 (€ 995.11). Admittedly, works by Onorato Carlandi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Antico acquedotto nella Campagna Romana in December 2001 with an auction result of ITL 6,125,000.00 (€ 5,505.00).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im April 2003 führte Christies in London die Auktion At Home - British and Continental Pictures & Works on Paper durch, in der auch die Arbeit A young woman on the road von Onorato Carlandi zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 700,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 763,75 (€ 995,11) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Onorato Carlandi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Antico acquedotto nella Campagna Romana im Dezember 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von ITL 6.125.000,00 (€ 5.505,00).
