Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Onorato Carlandi could be acquired at Christies in Rome in November 2005 for an unexpectedly low price. In the ARTE DEL XIX SECOLO auction, the work Luci nel parco changed hands for EUR 1,054.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 1,200.00 – 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by Onorato Carlandi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Antico acquedotto nella Campagna Romana in December 2001 with an auction result of ITL 6,125,000.00 (€ 5,505.00).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Onorato Carlandi konnte im November 2005 bei Christies in Rom für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion ARTE DEL XIX SECOLO wechselte die Arbeit Luci nel parco für EUR 1.054,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.200,00 – 1.500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Onorato Carlandi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Antico acquedotto nella Campagna Romana im Dezember 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von ITL 6.125.000,00 (€ 5.505,00).
