Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Olle Bærtling could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in May this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Modern Art + Design auction, the work "XREB" changed hands for SEK 580,000.00 (€ 49,975.60) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 600,000.00 – 800,000.00. Admittedly, works by Olle Bærtling have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Mithra" in April 2012 with an auction result of SEK 2,750,000.00 (€ 308,904.68).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Olle Bærtling konnte im Mai diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Modern Art + Design wechselte die Arbeit "XREB" für SEK 580.000,00 (€ 49.975,60) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 600.000,00 – 800.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Olle Bærtling auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Mithra" im April 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 2.750.000,00 (€ 308.904,68).
