Despite a disappointment, a good price for Olle Bærtling
In April 2012 a collector was able to acquire the work "Mithra" by Olle Bærtling for SEK 2,750,000.00 (€ 308,904.68). This price was achieved in the auction Spring Modern Auction, Stockholm at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 3,000,000.00 – 4,000,000.00 set by the auction house. Despite this disappointing result, "Mithra" is the most expensive artwork by Olle Bærtling that we have observed at auction so far.
Trotz Enttäuschung ein guter Preis für Olle Bærtling
Im April 2012 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit "Mithra" von Olle Bærtling für SEK 2.750.000,00 (€ 308.904,68) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Spring Modern Auction, Stockholm bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 3.000.000,00 – 4.000.000,00. Trotz dieses enttäuschenden Ergebnisses ist "Mithra" das teuerste Kunstwerk von Olle Bærtling, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
