Auction result well in line with expectations
In September this year Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Sivert Oldenvi Collection H066, which included the work "Ayarb" by Olle Bærtling. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of SEK 25,000.00 – 30,000.00, the actual price achieved of SEK 26,000.00 (€ 2,255.10) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Olle Bærtling achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Mithra" in April 2012 with an auction result of SEK 2,750,000.00 (€ 308,904.68).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im September diesen Jahres führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Sivert Oldenvi Collection H066 durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Ayarb" von Olle Bærtling zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 25.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von SEK 26.000,00 (€ 2.255,10) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Olle Bærtling erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Mithra" im April 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 2.750.000,00 (€ 308.904,68).
