Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2021 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Pictures, which included the work Walk by Oleg Tselkov. The price achieved of GBP 50,400.00 (€ 58,729.10) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Oleg Tselkov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Boy with Balloons in December 2021 with an auction result of GBP 571,600.00 (€ 681,798.90).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2021 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Walk von Oleg Tselkov zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 50.400,00 (€ 58.729,10) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Oleg Tselkov erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Boy with Balloons im Dezember 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 571.600,00 (€ 681.798,90).
