Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Couple by Oleg Tselkov was auctioned at Sothebys in London in November 2021. The price achieved of GBP 60,480.00 (€ 71,009.21) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Admittedly, works by Oleg Tselkov have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Boy with Balloons in December 2021 with an auction result of GBP 571,600.00 (€ 681,798.90).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Couple von Oleg Tselkov kam im November 2021 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 60.480,00 (€ 71.009,21) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 50.000,00 – 70.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Oleg Tselkov auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Boy with Balloons im Dezember 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 571.600,00 (€ 681.798,90).
