Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Two Persons by Oleg Tselkov was auctioned at Sothebys in London in October 2020. The price achieved of GBP 25,200.00 (€ 27,982.45) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Oleg Tselkov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Boy with Balloons in December 2021 with an auction result of GBP 571,600.00 (€ 681,798.90).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Two Persons von Oleg Tselkov kam im Oktober 2020 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 25.200,00 (€ 27.982,45) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Oleg Tselkov erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Boy with Balloons im Dezember 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 571.600,00 (€ 681.798,90).
