The price achieved of USD 30,240.00 (€ 27,260.43) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 25,000.00 – 35,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, The actor Sanogawa Ichimatsu I is the most expensive artwork by Okumura Masanobu that we have observed at auctions so far.
