Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of USD 9,375.00 (€ 6,408.07) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 8,000.00 – 10,000.00. Admittedly, works by Okumura Masanobu have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The actor Sanogawa Ichimatsu I in March last year with an auction result of USD 30,240.00 (€ 27,260.43).
