A top price for Ogle Winston Link - as previously expected
In April 2011 Christies in New York held the auction Photographs, which included the work Selected images, 1955-1958 by Ogle Winston Link. The result of USD 50,000.00 (€ 33,735.92) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Selected images, 1955-1958 is the most expensive artwork by Ogle Winston Link that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im April 2011 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Photographs durch, in der auch die Arbeit Selected images, 1955-1958 von Ogle Winston Link zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 50.000,00 (€ 33.735,92) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 50.000,00 – 70.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Selected images, 1955-1958 das teuerste Kunstwerk von Ogle Winston Link, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
