In September 2001 Christies in Singapore held the auction IMPORTANT SOUTHEAST ASIAN PICTURES, which included the work Three dancers by Nyoman Gunarsa. The »bidding war« ended at SGD 11,750.00 (€ 7,307.75), 18% above the upper estimate. Other works by Nyoman Gunarsa have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 107,550.00 (€ 11,200.58) in July 2003 for the work Dancers.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im September 2001 führte Christies in Singapur die Auktion IMPORTANT SOUTHEAST ASIAN PICTURES durch, in der auch die Arbeit Three dancers von Nyoman Gunarsa zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von SGD 11.750,00 (€ 7.307,75) und damit 18% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Nyoman Gunarsa haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 107.550,00 (€ 11.200,58) im Juli 2003 für die Arbeit Dancers beobachtet.
