Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2021 Sothebys in Zurich held the auction The Swiss Fine Art Sale, which included the work Heart by Not Vital. The price achieved of CHF 16,380.00 (€ 14,940.81) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as CHF 15,000.00 – 18,000.00. Admittedly, works by Not Vital have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sled in May 2010 with an auction result of USD 104,500.00 (€ 84,485.41).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2021 führte Sothebys in Zürich die Auktion The Swiss Fine Art Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Heart von Not Vital zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von CHF 16.380,00 (€ 14.940,81) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit CHF 15.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Not Vital auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sled im Mai 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 104.500,00 (€ 84.485,41).
