Auction result fails to reach estimate
This work of art by Nordahl Grove could be acquired at Bruun Rasmussen in January 2024 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Paintings, furniture and varia auction, the work Winter landscape changed hands for DKK 1,600.00 (€ 1,398.36) - just shy of the DKK 3,000.00 estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Nordahl Grove - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Early morning in winter, which sold at auction in September 2003 for EUR 3,346.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Dieses Kunstwerk von Nordahl Grove konnte im Januar 2024 bei Bruun Rasmussen für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia wechselte die Arbeit Winter landscape für DKK 1.600,00 (€ 1.398,36) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit den Schätzpreis von DKK 3.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Nordahl Grove mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Early morning in winter beobachtet, die im September 2003 für EUR 3.346,00 versteigert wurde.
