Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2017 Il Ponte held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included this untitled work by Nino Franchina. The price achieved of EUR 2,200.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,800.00 – 2,400.00. Admittedly, works by Nino Franchina have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Piccola Astrairon in May 2012 with an auction result of EUR 11,875.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2017 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Nino Franchina zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 2.200,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.800,00 – 2.400,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Nino Franchina auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Piccola Astrairon im Mai 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 11.875,00.
