Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work "Fabriksarbetare" by Nils Nilsson was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in November 2020, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of SEK 60,000.00 – 80,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for SEK 46,000.00 (€ 4,496.82). Other works by Nils Nilsson have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in October 2010 by the work "I hamnen" at SEK 52,000.00 (€ 5,580.25).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit "Fabriksarbetare" von Nils Nilsson im November 2020 bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 60.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für SEK 46.000,00 (€ 4.496,82) den Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Nils Nilsson wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Oktober 2010 die Arbeit "I hamnen" mit SEK 52.000,00 (€ 5.580,25).
