Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Nikolas Gambaroff was auctioned at Phillips in New York in February 2017. The price achieved of USD 5,000.00 (€ 4,708.98) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Nikolas Gambaroff have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in November 2013 with an auction result of USD 62,500.00 (€ 45,935.62).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Nikolas Gambaroff kam im Februar 2017 bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 5.000,00 (€ 4.708,98) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Nikolas Gambaroff auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im November 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 62.500,00 (€ 45.935,62).
