Auction result misses estimated price range
In January 2012 a collector was able to acquire the work Masts by Nikolai Makarov for USD 1,000.00 (€ 766.11). This price was achieved in the auction Christie's Interiors at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nikolai Makarov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Lloyd Blankfein in March 2014 with an auction result of USD 125,000.00 (€ 90,730.93).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Januar 2012 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Masts von Nikolai Makarov für USD 1.000,00 (€ 766,11) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Christie's Interiors bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nikolai Makarov erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Lloyd Blankfein im März 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 125.000,00 (€ 90.730,93).
