Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2007 Christies in London held the auction Post War & Contemporary Art, which included the work Large Night Vision by Nigel Hall. It changed hands for a price of GBP 5,760.00 (€ 8,433.38) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Other works by Nigel Hall have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in December 2018 the work Large Glacier was auctioned for EUR 13,640.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2007 führte Christies in London die Auktion Post War & Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Large Night Vision von Nigel Hall zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 5.760,00 (€ 8.433,38) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Nigel Hall konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Dezember 2018 die Arbeit Large Glacier für EUR 13.640,00 versteigert.
