Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Niele Toroni was auctioned at Christies in October 2021. The price achieved of GBP 48,750.00 (€ 57,755.58) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Admittedly, works by Niele Toroni have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sans Titre - 1974 in June 2019 with an auction result of EUR 319,800.00.

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Niele Toroni kam im Oktober 2021 bei Christies zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 48.750,00 (€ 57.755,58) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Niele Toroni auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sans Titre - 1974 im Juni 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 319.800,00.
