The work Aphrodite with Eros and Anteros by Nicolas Kalmakoff was sold in the Russian Art auction at Christies in London in June 2010. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 300,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 313,250.00 (€ 380,941.16). With this result, Aphrodite with Eros and Anteros is even the most expensive work of art by Nicolas Kalmakoff that we have observed at auctions so far.
