Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2006 Christies in London held the auction 19th Century European Pictures including Russian Pictures, which included the work Market Day; Laundry Day; And Friends Meeting Near The Shore by Nikolai Kharitonov. The price achieved of GBP 3,000.00 (€ 4,298.46) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nikolai Kharitonov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Women From Yaroslavl in November 2006 with an auction result of GBP 187,200.00 (€ 277,997.86).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.000,00 (€ 4.298,46) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.500,00 – 3.500,00 angegeben worden.
